Course Overview

Neuro

We cover neuroscience, this has developed hugely since the origins of NLP in the 1970s. Leading to 3rd Generation NLP (created by Judith Delozier and Robert Dilts) based on the Three Mind Model:

• The cognitive or thinking mind
• The somatic or body mind
• The field or collective mind

We therefore also include the more collective approaches of archetype & developmental psychology.

Also, NLP ‘uber’ models which provide the building blocks to create your own NLP techniques, the SOAR and SCORE models. SOAR utilises time, perceptual positions and the logical levels while SCORE creates a framework to build any timeline NLP process.
We make use of all these approaches on this course, including our full NLP modelling training: modelling methodology, including creating your own modelling project. You will gain powerful approaches to learn from experts, apply the wisdom of the body and unpack the magic of visionary leaders and creators.

Linguistic

Advanced Language Patterns. The NLP founders modelled Milton Erickson and created the Milton Model (Judith Delozier was a co-author on one of the early seminal NLP works on this subject). Hypnosis is far more prevalent in communication than commonly believed and the course teaches how you can use it with integrity; it also provides a springboard to go on to qualify as a hypnotherapist.
‘Meta Programmes’ show how people are hardwired in their preferences – there is a structure that exists below beliefs, in a similar way to our five senses, that shapes our own maps of reality. We teach how to use language to influence them accordingly. For example, the Meta Programme pattern called: Towards & Away From.
Some people are persuaded by benefits (towards) while others are persuaded by fear of loss (away from), while others a mix of both.
Understanding this principle (and the many other meta programmes) and how to detect it in people’s language is incredibly powerful and we include a form of conversational psychometric profiling that can be very influential. The ‘wins’ from these languages of influence mean not only being able to apply these skills, but also being consciously aware when someone is trying to use them to influence you.

Programming

At the core of our programming is our belief system. A belief is an unconscious rule that either honours or violates one of our values. Our beliefs are often programmed from our reaction to certain pivotal or problematic moments in our past. We therefore cover beliefs along with a range of powerful healing and transformative NLP Master Practitioner Processes.
A few examples:

• Re-imprinting, building on the NLP process Change Personal History, Re-imprinting provides a truly ‘life changing’ resolution to these pivotal experiences from out past;
• The Hero’s Journey and Tracking Transitions, based on facing and conquering our own ‘demons’.
• Grief into Gratitude, providing a healing way out of long-term grief.
